My wife children and i spend as much time at this beautiul house as possible.There is so much space and atmosphere for us to soak up with friends and family,the local people are very friendly. 

 

 

The country house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Large bedroom above Kitchen and in Gite across courtyard. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The country house has a sauna.

The country house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the country house include table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this country house.

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a east facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside fishing, walking.

Close to the country house you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

Sailng Windsurfing all take place at the Nautilus Centre near Angouleme 25 minutes away

We were able to delve into the more remote parts of the region.
