This is a traditional stone house in Chestnut woods, independent and private. The accomodation offers three bedrooms, sleeping five people, living room, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs party area. A secluded patio and garden at the rear overlooks the Apenine mountains. The towns of Cortona and Citta Di Castello are within easy driving distance as well as Lake Trasimeno. Meals provided extra on request. This property is suitable for children.

 

The local train from Trestina station takes you right into the heart of Perugia, Umbria's capital city. In October the Perugia Chocolate Festival takes place. In July, the world renowned Umbria Jazz Festival is on.
If you like traditional festivals, the Truffle Festival and Musgroom festival in Citta Di Castello in October will delight you. There are many markets which are always interesting.
