charming house set in pine woods above Morra in Umbria. The property is part of a small hamlet nestling in wonderful countryside, quiet yet not remote as the villages of Morra and Trestina are only a short drive away. The house which has central heating comprises: Ground Floor - fully fitted kitchen, shower/utility room and entrance hall. First Floor - Lounge with wood burning stove, sitting room/extra bedroom Second Floor - Mezzanine landing and large bedroom with self contained bathroom ensuite. There is a very pleasant outdoor space with patio and garden.
Exciting train rides
The local train from Trestina station takes you right into the heart of Perugia, Umbria's capital city. In October the Perugia Chocolate Festival takes place. In July, the world renowned Umbria Jazz Festival is on.
If you like traditional festivals, the Truffle Festival and Musgroom festival in Citta Di Castello in October will delight you. There are many markets which are always interesting.
