From the living area a spiral staircase ascends to bedroom 3. This bright and airy lounge provides a wonderful area to relax or entertain, or the sofa-bed pulls out to provide accommodation for guests four and five. There is also a shower/toilet on this level.

The spacious sun deck on the roof terrace has panoramic views of the mountains, sea and surrounding area. Al Fresco dining is mandatory! The terrace enjoys splendid sunsets throughout the year.

 

The superb, sand-duned Agua Blanca beach is just 2-minutes walk away . A five minute stroll down the palm-lined pedestrian way brings you to the restaurants and bars of Oliva Playa. Another 6 minutes will take you to additional dining and entertainment at Pau Pi. Oliva Nova resort, with its PGA championship course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is practically next door to this section of Oliva Playa. The resorts boasts a full spa, restaurants and bars.

A 10-minute drive takes you to all the amenities in the town of Oliva. A 20-minute drive takes you to the historic towns of Gandia to the North and Denia to the South. Beautiful and historic Valencia is less than an hour away, as is the glitzy nightlife of Benidorm.

Oliva is wonderfully situated for exploring the towns and villages along the Costa Blanca, or roaming the beautiful Safor Mountains.

The second double bed (at the terrace level) is a sofabed. This room can be used as an upstairs lounge.or a third bedroom Street parking is available, with additional parking behind the apartment building. The apartment is accessed by three easy flights of stairs. There is no lift, so this would not be suitable for families with young children or elderly & infirm. Because of the sun deck and spiral stairs, we advise that children should be older than 10 years.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms for your party's use.

The penthouse has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
