The Apartment
Completed in 2007, this bright and attractive 3rd floor apartment with private sun terrace has panoramic views from the mountains to the Mediterranean, and is just a 2-minute walk from the beach.
The apartment opens into the living area, with TV and VCR. This adjoins the dining area with seating for five. The full modern kitchen has everything you need for entertaining, or preparing a quiet romantic meal. This level also contains the main, double bedroom, a single bedroom and the main bathroom.
From the living area a spiral staircase ascends to bedroom 3. This bright and airy lounge provides a wonderful area to relax or entertain, or the sofa-bed pulls out to provide accommodation for guests four and five. There is also a shower/toilet on this level.
The spacious sun deck on the roof terrace has panoramic views of the mountains, sea and surrounding area. Al Fresco dining is mandatory! The terrace enjoys splendid sunsets throughout the year.

The superb, sand-duned Agua Blanca beach is just 2-minutes walk away . A five minute stroll down the palm-lined pedestrian way brings you to the restaurants and bars of Oliva Playa. Another 6 minutes will take you to additional dining and entertainment at Pau Pi. Oliva Nova resort, with it�s PGA championship course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, is practically next door to this section of Oliva Playa. The resorts boasts a full spa, restaurants and bars.
A 10-minute drive takes you to all the amenities in the town of Oliva. A 20-minute drive takes you to the historic towns of Gandia to the North and Denia to the South. Beautiful and historic Valencia is less than an hour away, as is the glitzy nightlife of Benidorm.
