Located in rolling countryside with endless groves of Orange and Lemon trees, it is ideally placed for enjoying the beauties of the countryside, outdoor activities and discovering the rich history of the Valencia region of Spain.

This traditional villa is spacious, accommodating up to 8 people comfortably, with a large outside area to soak up the sun, relax and admire the views.

It has a private pool, which is fenced for children’s safety. The villa has a barbeque and a traditional Paellera (Spanish BBQ) for outside cooking. There is a large dining table on the terrace to sit, drink, eat and enjoy good company. We have also provided table tennis and table football for your enjoyment.

The villa is eco friendly, using solar energy for power, it also incorparates some traditional rural Valencian methods, such as wood for heating and the re-use of pool water to irrigate the gardens. There is also a silenced electric start generator as back-up to the solar system.

The local key holders Ian & Sue are a goldmine of local information and provide excellent customer care to our guests.

Cheste is 5 minutes drive away, including Supermarkets, bars,restaurants and main line station for links to Valencia or Madrid.

The local town of Lliria, 9km away, takes less than 15 minutes.

Lliria has all the amenities youd expect of a medium-sized town, including several supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants, a hospital, a Sports Centre. There is also a Monastery, perched high on a hill above the town, which has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

Lliria is at the end of the Metro line into Valencia, so if you want to visit the city, but dont want to brave the traffic, then you can leave your car in the free car park, and let the train take the strain! Return fares are under €5

Lliria is also famous within Spain for its Music. It has two rival Music Colleges, and there are often marching bands in the streets, and regular Musical Concerts 

Circuit de la Comunitat Valenciana Ricardo Tormo The race circuit is only a 10 minute drive from the villa and hosts various motor sports, including a round of the Moto GP, Superbike world championship and Formula One testing.

Fiestas! La Tomatina - on the last or penultimate Wednesday in August, this is a frenzied but cheerful tomato-throwing festival that has gained a worldwide reputation. Las Fallas - a wonderful and wild fiesta that runs between 15 and 19 March. There are round-the-clock celebrations for the whole 4 days including street parties, world beating firework displays (day and night!), parades, open-air concerts and bullfights. Valencia considers itself the pyrotechnic capital of the world and this is when you find out why! The Fallas themselves are spectacular huge statues built by local artists on behalf of their local areas and displayed throughout the city centre. Just after midnight on the last day of Fallas the statues go up in flames. Other fiestas - there are too many to list individually, but all towns throughout the Valencia region have there own fiestas and these can be regular affairs with fireworks, parades, bull running and lots of eating and drinking into the early hours.

Valencia as a city has world-class museums, including the stunning Ciudad de las Artes y Sciencias (designed by Santiago Calatrava), which includes Europe´s largest aquarium and the eye-catching opera house. There is also the world-renowned IVAM modern art museum and the Museo de Bellas Artes fine arts museum. The city is compact enough to mean all its attractions are within walking distance once you are there, so be sure to set aside at least a day to experience these. The city centre has many attractive palm-lined boulevards and beautiful historic buildings.

Golf information: The villa is situated about 10 minutes drive El Bosque golf course and about 30 minutes from El Saler golf course.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.
