Los Olivos is a big villa with private pool, a stunning garden and wonderful mountain views. The accommodation available comprises the whole of the upper storey of the villa and includes exclusive use of all the terraces, beautiful villa gardens and private swimming pool. There is also a seperate guest unit with ensuite, for 2 additional guests on the ground floor. It includes a private sun terrace which is a lovely place to have breakfast whilst enjoying the sun and impressive mountain scenery. A delightful drive through orange groves brings you to the villa which is situated amongst mountains with spectacular views. The countryside will appeal to those who enjoy walking or rock climbing. The typically Spanish village of Barx is close by and the wonderful beaches of the Costa Azahar are only 20 minutes away. The main town of Gandia with its numerous and varied restaurants is also on the nearby coast.


 

The villa is in a quiet mountain setting about 15 mins walk across the fields from village of Barx. Barx village has 2 supermarkets, 3 butchers, a bakery, a pharmact. a tobacconists, a smart restaurant and 6 bars.
Although you can get all the food you need locally, we do recommend that you hire a car due to the rural location of the villa and because there are so many wonderful places to visit and things to do within a short drive from the villa.  

 

There is a poolside bar ,incorporating fridge and bar stools, stereo (plays cassettes and CDs), barbecue with crockery and cutlery for eating by the pool, sink, hot shower and WC in the bar. Also washing machine and drying rack. Swimming towels provided.Large terraces next to the bar at the side of the pool with table and chairs for eating al fresco, poolside chairs and occasional tables and 7 sunbeds. There is a pretty hammock for relaxing in the dappled shade under the trees, next to the pool.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

Georgie says: "The villa itself was good value for money and more than adequate, in terms of the facilities, etc... What makes this property really special is the pool. It is such a lovely area to relax and enjoy the sun. It felt private and was fabulously equipped with a bar, fridge, stereo, toilet, hammock and plenty of sun loungers. On top of this, the beautiful terrace out the front was the perfect place to have a drink and look out over the mountains in the evening, or whilst having breakfast (minus the drink, of course). The owner was friendly and helpful when I was sorting out the booking and I really couldnt recommend this place highly enough."
