The villa is adjacent to the golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros and the resort beach is a beautiful unspoilt stretch of golden sand backed by dunes.
There are a couple of cafes/restaurants within a few minutes walk of the villa including the clubhouse which has an inexpensive restaurant overlooking the golf course and lake. The hotel in the resort has spa facilities open to the public and there are tennis courts for hire from the Club House
There is also a supermarket in the resort.
A 10 mins drive in either direction will bring you to the local town of Oliva and the resort town of Denia. Denia has many boutique shops in the small streets around its castle as well as tapas bars, ice cream parlours and good restaurants along its main avenue, busy port and stylish marina.
In contrast, drive 5 mins inland, to the Marjal wetlands, a protected nature reserve whose river and rice fields are home to many birds. This is the gateway to the mountains and the rural area where you will see oranges, lemons, vines, figs, cherries, almonds and olives and be able to buy the local produce. 

The villa is fully enclosed by hedges and a gate, with off road parking for 2 cars.
The large grass garden runs round three sides of the villa and the swimming pool is next to the shaded terrace which is furnished with patio table and chairs.
There is a built in BBQ and external stairs lead to a sheltered roof terrace from which there is a wonderful view of the golf course and the mountains. The roof terrace is a sheltered sun trap. 

The villa is modern and bright and furnished to a high standard. It is air-conditioned throughout and has a comfortable lounge and bright sunny dining room. Both the living room and the dining room have panoramic windows overlooking the garden and the pool.
The kitchen is open plan to the living area and is well equipped.
The master bedroom is spacious and has a large ensuite bathrooom. The double bedroom and twin share a shower room. 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find fishing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, climbing, a themepark.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Nice villa, quiet area, golf zone near, sea beach is a bit far to walk. Sun terrace on top of villa was useless - too hot in summer time and no furniture for dinners. CD&radio did not work - it has UK plug, but someone borrowed adapter :-( Toaster was out of order, washing machine worked, but did not open a door... Furniture was ok (could be cleaner), from 4 plastic sun beds 3 were broken, air conditions need to be cleaned (full of dust). Pool size was very good for adults, not for children under 150cm height, and there are no cautions about pool depth... So, we used this villa for 14 days and enjoyed it very much, I can recomend people to stay there and also I recomend owners to fix those minor problems :-) Ivo
