Tierra D'Irta is a new development situated right next to the natural parc of Sierra D'Irta and offers a relaxing holiday close to nature with many walks and cycling tracks right from the doorstep. The town of Peniscola being just 5 minutes away offers all the usual resort facilties, including its historic old town and castle. There are many good restruants and bars to relax in and watch the world go by.
The Apartment
The apartment being new is well equiped and has the benefit of an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room. Situated on the top floor of the block (2nd floor) it has a lovely balcony with stunning sea view and Peniscola castle. There is a spiral staircase which takes you up to the solarium terrace with Pergola where you can enjoy an evening drink and get the last of the sun. There is also a large swimming pool and site and surround area for sitting or just lying down and soaking up the rays. For the more energetic there are tennis courts for hire on the neighbouring complex.
