Our two bedroom town house was built in late 2003. It is situated in a quiet residential area. There are a few bars, supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes walk away.
There is private access to 3 communal pools.

The ground floor living area has seating for 5 and includes digital TV, DVD and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 4 and a toilet/washroom. The first floor has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom. The double bedroom has a south facing balcony.

Outside is a terrace and a garden area for barbeques and sunbathing.




 

Our house is in an ideal location for Golfers. Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf courses are a few minutes drive away. Many other attractions within easy reach include horse riding, go-karts, cinemas, bowling and shopping. There are many good beaches to explore about 10 minutes drive.
Torrevieja is the nearest town with many bars, restaurants, shopping, beaches, daily market and boat trips.  

 

Comfortable double sofa bed in the living area. Cooling fans/oil filled radiators. Beach towels. Sunbeds. Outdoor table and chairs. Barbeque. Mosquito screens. Alarm and safe.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The house is right beside swimming, cycling, mountain biking, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
