This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa was completed in the early summer of 2006 and is located in a small development of similar properties in the quiet Torre Golf IV district of Villa Martin near Torrevieja on Spains Costa Blanca.

Finished to a high standard the villa is superbly decorated throughout and has been contemporarily furnished to make your stay very comfortable. It has a large living/dining room which has two sofas, SKY TV and DVD player and a large dining table with 6 chairs. The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, halogen hob and most importantly a tall fridge/freezer for chilling the incredibly inexpensive wine and beer etc. There is plenty of cupboard and work top space as well as all the utensils required for 6 adults or a large family. There is a large tiled patio area at the front of the house which also goes down the right hand side. This can be accessed by double gates and used as a drive should you wish. There is plenty of room for a barbeque and with the fantastic communal pool only about 50 yards away it is an ideal place to relax while the kids swim.


One of the villas 3 twin bedrooms is downstairs which is very handy for older or disabled people or just for the parents who want peace from the kids! All the bedrooms have two 3ft beds which can, of course, be easily pushed together should you wish. All have light weight duvets and pillows but blankets have been provided for those who feel the cold even in Spain. All the bedrooms have wardrobes with coat hangers provided and bedside cabinets with drawers. There is a double wardrobe in the downstairs bedroom and spacious fitted wardrobes in both upstairs rooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The downstairs bathroom is, in fact, a shower room with WC, wash hand basin and bidet. This is spacious and beautifully tiled in pastel mosaic ceramic tiles. Obviously being on the ground floor this is also an advantage for older or disabled people or just for showering the kids straight in from the beach!

The second floor is accessed by a marble staircase and has two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath which also has a shower over it (always handy for the kids too) plus WC, wash hand basin and bidet. Each bathroom has a large illuminated mirror and cupboard space under the basin for towels and toiletries etc. Access to the balcony is from this floor and there is a table and 6 chairs here which can be used either on the balcony or the patio area downstairs as you will probably want to use the sun loungers on the solarium (sun terrace) which is on the third floor and accessed by stairs from the balcony.

All bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are provided. Although you will need a towel, of your own, to use at the pool and the beach.

 

As there are many holiday homes in this area which are not always occupied 12 months of the year. It has always been advisable to ensure the properties are safe guarded. There is an alarm system which is connected to local security firm who respond very quickly. There is a digital safe bolted into one of the wardrobes upstairs to keep your passports and money etc safe and the windows and doors have grills as is typical of the area.

There is a front gate and double gates on the patio area so small children can play safely plus the access road to the villa is very narrow, one way only and extremely quiet. Our management agents live only about 100 yards away and if required will pick you up from the airport. They will show you the villa and the basics, water heater, door locks and alarm setting etc. as well as being on hand for any advice etc.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum.
