There is a balcony off the lounge/dining room area, which is complete with a sun canopy and table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals alfresco. The property has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom two single beds.The kitchen is completely independant and is fully equiped with fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave and crockery and utensls for four people. Good size lounge fitted with two double seat settee's and dining area with seating for four.
CD player, TV with 30 plus cable channels, The private roof top solarium has table and chairs and is fitted with a full size sun canopy. Air conditioning is fitted to provide either cool air or warm air.Ceiling fans are fitted in both the bedrooms. Great views out over the mountain side and town of Guardamar. Two sun loungers are provided.
