This beautiful luxury villa is located just outside the small town of Benitachell, and is perfectly located to explore the coastal towns of this beautiful part of the Costa Blanca. Within a 10 minute drive you will find the lively coastal town of Javea and the cosmopolitan Moraira, both offering a wonderful array of bars, shops and restaurants. Here you will find numerous water sports including jetski and speedboat hire, scuba diving, and some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
The villa is accessed by a secure gate with entry phone system, and has off road parking behind a remote controlled gate.
 

Inside the villa is furnished and equipped to the highest standards, including air conditioning and under floor heating, making it ideal for both summer and winter lets. There is a large comfortable lounge/diner with Satellite TV and a spacious kitchen with every convenience. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate guest cloakroom. Upstairs there is a beautiful master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, with patio doors leading to a private terrace enjoying magnificent views over Benitachell and the local countryside towards Montgo. Further patio doors in the lounge and dining room open to a lovely covered naya with outside dining furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or an evening drink whilst watching a glorious Spanish sunset. The lovely private pool (which can be heated for an extra charge out of season) is surrounded by spacious open terraces with an outside shower, sunbeds and an excellent BBQ for dad to practise his cooking skills. There is also a games room with pool and football table and a basketball hoop in the drive for the more active! 

This property is managed by Totalcare Property Services, a local company with British and German multi-lingual staff. Their housekeepers will help you settle in to the property and will be on hand if you require any advise regarding local facilities and services. They can arrange attraction tickets, pre-book golf tee times, and generally ensure that your holiday goes without a hitch.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
