If you are looking for peace and quiet, in a modern villa with fabulous panoramic views, but near enough to the beach and tourist attractions to jump into the car and go, then look no further, we believe this location cannot be beaten.

The villa was new in 2006, not only is it a fantastic villa but situated on one of the highest points of the urbanisation, the fabulous panoramic views to the sea, with mountains to each side are unbelievable, the view spans all the way from Benidorm to Alicante. A real chill out place where you can escape the rigours of everyday life and feel completely relaxed.

The villa is very spacious and consists of over 250 sq m spread on three levels, it has an extensive terraced area all around the villa, a private rooftop solarium accessed via the third level, and an enclosed garden behind the villa which has been gravelled.

At road level is an enormous garage and storage area, and a security gate giving access to the steps up to the living level. Here you will find a covered terrace, great for when the sun gets too much, table and chairs are provided for your al fresco dining. The lounge/dining room is extremely spacious and equipped with music system, Satellite TV and DVD. There are 2 comfortable settees, dining table and chairs. There is also a fireplace and large patio doors leading to the terrace.

The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, large fridge freezer, table and chairs for 2 people, many cupboards which contain everything you will need to enable you to cook at home if you wish. There is access from the kitchen into the utility area, housing the washing machine, and water boiler.

There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a shower room on this level.

Stairs take you up to the top level, with 1 double and 1 twin room both with fitted wardrobes, and a luxury family bathroom. Patio doors from the landing take you onto the private roof terrace, which is fabulous for your sunbathing.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which can cool the villa in summer and heat it in the winter when the evenings get a little bit chilly.

Towels and bedding are also provided for use in the villa but please provide your own pool/beach towels.
 

El Dorado Country Club is a peaceful hillside retreat located only 20 minutes drive from the airport, less than 5 minutes drive from Bonalba Golf Club, and 10 minutes from the nearest towns of Mutxamel or El Campello. Ideal for a family holiday or for couples of all ages, where you can relax at will, or take a short drive to the beach, or partake of any of the many sports and leisure facilitites, there is plenty of sight seeing available including waterfalls, castles, boat trips, the surrounding mountain scenery is fabulous and there are plenty areas for walking and cycling (cycle hire available upon request).

There are miles of golden sandy beaches to be found at El Campello and San Juan 10 minutes drive away. Costa Blanca beaches have a good record - over 30 have been awarded EU 2 blue flag standards for cleanliness, safety and amenities - more than any other coast. The popular beaches have lifeguards in the summer season.

For bars and restaurants, there are a vast selection - at Bonalba (5 mins drive or 20 minutes walk away), at Mutxamel or El Campello, and further afield there are some very nice places to eat tucked away, there will be details of these in the information pack we have prepared and left in the villa for you to peruse at leisure.

Shopping is available from a small shop at Bonalba, supermarkets in Mutxamel and El Campello, and a hypermarket in San Juan (10 mins drive). There are many local markets operating on different days of the week, a must for you to stock up on the local fruit and veg.

For the more serious shopper, try the shopping complexes at Gran Via and Playa Mar in Alicante (within 15 minutes drive) or in Finestrat (30 minutes drive). Please remember that Spain has a siesta in the afternoon, and very few shops are open on a Sunday.

El Campello is just 10 minutes drive from Dorado, from there the public transport links include:

Trains to Villa Joyosa, Benidorm, Caple, Denia and some other coastal towns
Good bus links to Alicante

Entertainment within 15 minutes drive includes a Casino at Villa Joyosa, tennis club, sports complexes and gyms, internet café, tourist information centre, many banks. The Spa at Bonalba has a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, and a beauty treatment area for facials and massages where the ladies can spoil themselves. There are also doctors, dentists and many pharmacies nearby.


Benidorm is just 30 – 40 minutes drive away where there is everything imaginable for the tourist, not only to occupy the children but there is something for everyone.

Great days out include Spain's biggest theme park " Terra Mitica". At Terra Mitica you can visit ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt, ride the Magnus Colossus, go down the Nile and much more.

Nightlife abounds in this town with all kinds of enteretainment from the fabulous dinner shows at Benidorm Palace, Rich Bitch Show Bar, and many pubs offering comedians, singers, magicians etc.
 

It may owe much to the fabulous weather that is to be found in this part of the world but golf is a very poular sport in Spain and this area of the Costa Blanca is blest with many quality golf courses that are enjoyed by experts and novices alike. Aiport transfers can be prebooked through the owners and paid locally, although hiring a car is recommended as it does help you to get around and fully appreciate the area.
 

The terraces are very spacious all round the villa as well as a private roof top solarium. The fantastic panoramic views span from Benidorm to Alicante, in the summer there are often firework displays to celebrate the many fiestas, which you can view wile you relax at your villa with your sangria or beer.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
