The villa is situated in the mountainside community of Cumbre del Sol part of the town of Benitachell.

Set on the north east facing slopes the villa commands spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the limestone crags and valleys of the Parc National de Granadella. On clear days, particularly in the cooler months, it is possible to see the south western corner of Ibiza.

The villa is surrounded by lush gardens of Oleander, Cypress, Palms, Citrus, succulents and other local species which all add to the ambience and seclusion.

The 8m x 4m pool is situated on the south side of the villa and is conveniently accessed from the lounge area. The pool varies in depth from 1m at the shallow end to 1.80 m at the deep end, it has Roman steps and may be illuminated at night. There is an outdoor shower and also a cloakroom with WC washbasin and a urinal for the gents.

The outdoor kitchen area has sink with hot and hold running water, fridge freezer, barbecue, stone seating area and a bar top.

The covered naya has a large dining table and chairs


 

The accommodation is arranged on two levels. The main living rooms are found on the upper floor, on the same level as the south-facing patio, swimming pool and barbecue area.
The spacious lounge has two leather 3-seater sofas, coffee tables and a wood burning stove, the seating may be supplemented by movement of cane armchairs from the sun lounge.
The fully fitted kitchen, which was refurbished in 2006 has marble worktops, a touch control ceramic hob, full oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cooker hood, 1 1/2 bowl stainless steel sink, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. We have provided an extensive range of pans, casseroles, serving dishes and cooking implements to make the preparation of family meals a pleasurable job. There is also an extensive range of tableware, crockery and glassware.
The dining area which has a large extending table is situated between the lounge and the sun lounge.
The sun-lounge, on the front left hand corner of the villa when viewed from the road has access to the external staircase at the front of the villa. There is also an internal spiral staircase down to the lower floor casual lounge area (Please be aware that this may make the accommodation unsuitable for very young children). With the panoramic views through its picture windows and patio doors which lead onto the balustraded balcony, the sun-lounge is an ideal spot to watch the sunrise over the Mediterranean.

The lower floor lounge has a three piece suite, satellite TV, video and audio equipment as well some games, books and puzzles.  

Cumbre del Sol now has 2 shopping areas, the closest being about 5 minutes walk away and about the same time by car. This boasts an excellent supermarket stocking a large range of international products, a bar, pharmacy, doctors surgery and a highly recommended restaurant.

The second shopping area which opened in 2006, is about 3 kms away and has a bank, ferreteria, bars and restaurants.

The beach is 2.5 kms from the villa, unless you are extremely fit, we suggest that you drive to its convenient car park, its a long haul back up if you are walking 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, mountain biking, scuba diving, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, climbing, a museum, a themepark.
