The villa offers very spacious accommodation equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Downstairs consists of a large lovely furnished lounge with cable television, open plan dining area/kitchen and a family bathroom. There are two twin bedded rooms and the third twin bedded room has an ensuite.

The master bedroom is located upstairs with two terraces and lovely open views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to air conditioning, blinds and mosquito nets. All three bathrooms have walk in showers and bidets.


The villa also benefits from underfloor heating (ideal for winter lets) also air conditioning, climate control, heating, cooling, dehumidification, filtration and ionizer.  

The garden, which is completely fenced, has been planted with various trees and the inviting 10 x 5m swimming pool with Roman steps down into the shallow end completes the perfect holiday.

There is also an open naya and pergola for those who want to escape the sun and a gas BBQ for cooking on hot sunny evenings.
There is ample parking for cars within the villa grounds.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Arvind says: "An excellent villa with all the mod cons - air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Well featured kitchen with a good range of utensils. The swimming pool was very well enjoyed throughout the week. On arrival the villa was immaculate, very clean and welcoming. Situated in very peaceful location providing excellant opportunities to relax by the pool at any time of the day. The local amenities are varied and plentiful including a small supermarket, lots of restaurants nearby (including a good indian). There is an excellant sandy beach about 10 mins drive away. A car is very advisable."
