Perfect for a relaxing holiday the casa is set within a private garden of approximately 5,000sq mtrs,the gardens are a mixture of paved patio areas,grass.palm trees there are also a variety of fruit trees so we have a variety of fresh fruit all year round.There are benches under the large trees a good place to relax.The property is well equipped and decorated to a high standard,outside there is a large heated swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrella's and plenty of room to relax in the sun.This is an ideal place for exploring this ever increasing area.We are just 15 to 20mins from Alicante airport.

Novelda is a typical spanish town and is an important producer of wine and marble,it has a population of 24,000.There are a number of bodegas near by where you can take the opportunity to buy local wine,one of the local bodegas in Novelda provides a tour and a talk about the production of wine and you get a chance to sample some before you buy.They have also won awards for some of the wines they produce.
The modernist church of Santuario de Santa Maria is a remarkable building,remeniscent of Gaudi's work.
There are many large supermarkets many restaurants bars and cafes.A market is held on a wednesday and saturday.We are 5km from Alenda Golf Club. 

Close by is Aspe,the old town centre is pleasant to walk through it has been renovated and the area is pedestrianised,it holds a market on a tuesday and thursday .
There are numerous typical spanish towns nearby just waiting to be explored.Elda is only 8km away and has a university a new hospital a 10 screen cinema complex and a Carrefour hypermarket and shopping centre complete with a drive through McDonalds. 

We have a seperate anex which has three en-suite bedrooms two of which are double rooms and one which is a twin room,they have TV, teamaking facilities and have a small fridge as well, these can be rented seperately or can be rented for extra people in the casa these are decorated and furnished to a high standard.

The finca comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the There will be bunk beds and a single bed in the twin room and another single bed available for the sixth person. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The finca has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The finca has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
