This top floor luxurious apartment has stunning views to the pool, golf, and mountains, is situated on the spectacular 5 *La Finca Golf complex.
There are two bathrooms, (one en-suite), fully fitted wardrobes, modern kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area with table and four chairs.
There are two twin bedrooms, however, the master bedroom can be made into a King size bed if required.
The balcony which overlooks the pool leads to the roof terrace that provides a large private area to sunbathe during the day or to entertain well into the evening.
The property is fitted with Air-Conditioning, heating, Iron/Ironing board, Satellite TV, DVD player with a selections of DVD's to watch.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples or golfing enthusiasts.
This is a none smoking apartment but you may smoke on either of the balconies

La Finca Golf Resort is situated at the foot of Mount Escoteralies in natural surroundings of great beauty and fantastic panoramic views. Its facilities are open to those people who want to play golf in the heart of nature while being able to enjoy the beaches, sailing clubs and a host of other facilities and services just a few minutes away. It has been designed to host top tournaments.
The course has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca, ranging in size from very large to very small. In addition, the course has a reserve hole so that, in the event that one of the holes has to be closed off unexpectedly, players are still able to complete a full 18-hole round.
Several lakes with running water and reed beds along the course add beauty and difficulty to the game, and have made the course the home of a wide variety of migratory water birds, such as ducks and egrets, while the interior of the course is home to olive and palm trees, thus creating a beautiful backdrop of vegetation with a distinctly Mediterranean flavour.

You will find lots to do locally from golf which is right on your doorstep horse riding, go- Karting, tennis, waterparks and lots of shopping at the local markets.
There is also an activity centre which is held at the Garden Centre as you approach the resort where you can take part in a variety of classes such as Salsa, Flower arranging, painting and lots more. The commercial centre which has a few bars and restaurants is a two minute walk from the apartment but not close enough to be disturbed by any noise.
