This modern villa comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and an open plan living and dining area. The upstairs master bedroom opens on to a large terrace with superb views of mountains and the Valley Park community. There is a large patio area which is partly covered leading out from the living area and the communal pool is only 20 meters from the villa.

Notes on accommodation:
The villa is double glazed with security shutters and has central heating making it ideal for winter lettings. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and main living area. Enclosed garden and patio area ideal for children.
Villa is no smoking inside. No pets allowed.


 

The villa is just a 20 minute steady walk or a 5 minute drive from 2 large blue-flag sandy beaches, promenades and restaurants.





Calpe is a thriving town with an old fishing harbour surrounding the famous rock 'Penon de Ifach', looming 383 metres out of the sea making an impressive landmark. Sports: Horse-riding available locally, a tennis club 2 minutes from villa, golf courses nearby in Altea, Moraira, or Javea (18 or 9 hole). Watersports available in Calpe, yacht charter or boat trips. Go-Karting is popular or Jeep Safaris. Attractions to visit for the children are the new Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia or Mundomar Marine and Exotic Animal park.

Calpe is a large, friendly town, which boasts 2 large beaches and many good restaurants both formal and informal. The old town which still has its original church, and traditional style, cobbled streets and Castilian streetlamps is worth exploring, and every Saturday Calpe holds a street market which sells everything from fresh fruit and vegetables to trainers, clothes and leather goods.

Just 20 minutes walk from the Playa de la Fosa Levante Beach in Calpe - renowned for being one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. The villa is close to “Parque de la Vallesa” and part of a mature almond grove in a tranquil setting ideal for year round living. The bustling and picturesque Center of Calpe is only 2 to 5 minutes drive away and La Vallesa Park itself is a quiet residential area


 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, golf, a themepark.

Geoffrey says: "The villa is in a good position for the beaches, shops and town. The terrace has the most wonderful view of the sun setting over the mountains in the late evening (just like the cover of the Eagles LP Hotel California - if you know it - palm trees in a red sky) and is sunny from late morning onwards. The swimming pool is very good but could benefit from some steps at the deep end! The kitchen was lacking in some items of cooking utensils eg more saucepans, wooden spoons, oven gloves etc for people like us who like to cook of an evening. The steep slope and angle into the carport was rather difficult to negotiate - especially in the dark. The automatic gate also caused some problems when it did not work. This was remedied by a neighbour who just pulled it open! The villa seemed secure being high above the road but some window grilles down stairs would make it better for sleeping at night with the windows open. A second set of keys would be useful - our teenage children preferred sometimes not to go out with us and it was a bit tricky only having one set of keys. Overall we had a very good holiday - Calpe is the best town we have been to so far in the Costa Blanca. We will definitely go to Calpe again as the view from the top of the rock is amazing."
