The apartment on urbanisation El Poblet is in a fabulous location. It is in a side street off the main beach road (Las Marinas) with a row of international restaurants and bars and a supermarket on site. It is a 3 minute walk to the long golden sandy beach which stretches for 15kms.
Denia town and port with its castle, historic streets, boutique shops and pavement cafes and restaurants is a 5 minute drive or can be reached by the frequent bus service (bus stop is 2 minutes walk).
A car would be a bonus to explore further a field but is not necessary.

 

The apartment is ground floor and therefore has a private terrace opening onto the grass garden and communal pool. The swimming pool catches the sun all day and has a separate childrens section.
