You will enjoy the experience of staying in our three-bedroom villa, provided with everything you would need to enjoy a luxury holiday in southern Spain.
 

Our Villa is one of the largest in Cabo Roig, with ample room for up to 9 people to share the holiday experience, enjoy the luxury of a traditional mediterranean style villa whilst at the same time sharing the cost, with parking for the hired minibus the villa serves as your central location for whatever the groups' intention, be it fun and frolics on the many beaches, a few rounds of golf at the many courses in the surrounding areas or simply just catching up on old times by the pool with a bottle of wine or 2.
 

Don't be put off by the size of our villa, it is a perfect choice for the couple looking for the luxury of a sun drenched holiday. Take your choice of rooms to call your bedroom and spend your days lounging by the pool and your romantic evening could start with a cocktail at the many bars around the seafront and then for a quiet, candlelit meal at the plethora of restaurants in Cabo Roig. A quiet, walk along the beach under tha gaze of the mediterranean moon before retiring to the villa for an early night. 

The villa is furnished to a high standard, everything for your holiday will be provided to enable you to make our home, your home. Although our pool is private, there is also access to the communal pool just 2 minutes walk away, where you may want to meet and socialise with others.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Basement. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, fishing, cycling, horse riding, golf, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
