Really well furnished two bed one bath apartment. Brand new. All the mod cons in the lounge including sofas, TV and DVD. Sofa is actually a sofa bed making accommodation for a group of 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses etc and washing machine. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with twin beds and a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided.  

The Marbella Golf development is a five minute walk from shops bars and restaurants. They are close enough but certainly not audible. There is a communal swimming pool for residents that has a child's area.
Close by is Las Ramblas on the edge of Villamartin. Five minutes drive away are three Championship courses for the golfer. Dont overlook a round at the famous La Manga Club which is only a 25 minute drive away.
Five minutes away is Villamartin which has bars and restaurants for most tastes and budgets. The nearest beach is at La Zenia. This is an ideal beach for children with a sandy, gently sloping seashore.
The nearest town is Torrevieja which has a lively promenade at night and as many shops as you could want! 

The Costa Blanca is also known as the White coast due to the miles of sandy beaches. Sheltered in the winter and warm in the summer this is a far more consistent climate tan the Costa del Sol. many of the beaches have blue flag status making this perfect for safe bathing with children.
Flights are available from the low cost airlines into Alicante and Murcia. We always recommend car hire as there is so much to do and see in the surrounding area.
