Situated in the quiet location of La Fustera, our villa is ideally situated for the beautiful local beaches. The natural sandy beach of La Fustera, is a seven minute walk away, has an EC blue flag award and is ideal for families. It also has easy access by road and ample parking. Cala del Pinets a tranquil cove with clear water is a further 300 metres away and excellent for swimming and snorkeling.

There are sun chairs to take in the morning sun or the picture postcard sunset.

The villa is equipped with all the necessary home comforts and conveniences to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. 

Facilities include 2 double and 1 single bedroom the single bedroom has a Bunk Bed, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, lounge and dining area, TV, Video, gas fire, washing machine, fridge freezer, fitted kitchen, 

There are both covered and open terraces set within the secluded pretty garden. The garden and pool area are furnished with comfortable and relaxing furniture for your leisure, as well as a barbeque. ( we do ask that guests clean the barbeque after use.

The new pool is very inviting and has plenty of space either side for dining outdoors and sunbathing.

The patio enjoys views over surrounding countryside towards the sea and has mountain views.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the in the single bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
