- This 4th floor apartment has been completely reformed in 2007 and is only 2 minutes walk (150mt) to the promenade, beaches and marina.

- There are 2 double bedrooms (one with double bed and other with 2 single beds), both with wardrobes, bedside tables and dressing tables. Bed linen is provided.

- Lounge and dining area with access to terrace (which also includes dining area and front and lateral awning)
- There is an Air conditioning system (with bomb heating for winter) in the lounge. Also a mobile butane (gas) heater and 2 portable heaters are provided

- The kitchen contains a hob, microwave, washing machine (external clotheslines in a courtyard available), fridge freezer, pressure cooker, complete kitchen ware, coffee maker, toaster, orange squeezer, and griddle

- Torrevieja has a variety of shops, supermarkets close by and a 24 hour shop and pharmacy just below the apartment, also restaurants and bars 5 minutes away catering for all tastes.

There is a Carrefour Hypermarket, 5 mins drive away. A permanent market on the promenade and fun fair. Torrevieja on a Friday hosts one of the largest markets in Europe.

The area is surrounded by many golf courses, Real Club de Golf Campoamor only 15 minutes away by car
Torrevieja beaches are safe for children and carry the European blue flag.

There is also an entertainment centre; Ozone 5, 10 minutes drive away from the apartment, which opened in May 2004, it has ten pin bowling alley, restaurants and a casino.

Torrevieja is a popular Spanish town which is located at the southern end of the Valencian community with beautiful sandy beaches.
