This individual 4 bedroom villa is superbly located in the countryside outside Alicante. Just a short drive away are the golf courses at Alicante and Bonalba, the beaches at Campello and San Juan and Alicante Marina.
The villa
The property has grounds of 5000 sqm to ensure your privacy. The villa has a large naya (covered patio), a separate barbecue/ summer kitchen and a large swimming pool and sun terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The lounge area provides TV and DVD.
There are 2 double bedrooms ( 1 with en suite shower room) and 2 twin rooms (1 with single beds, 1 with bunk beds). All rooms are provided with electric fans for your comfort during the Summer months. In addition to the shower room there is also a good sized family bathroom and extra facilities adjoining the summer kitchen. Linen and towels are provided for your stay however you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
