The Costa Blanca lies on the coast and runs from Valencia in the North, to Murcia in the South, and is in the province of Alicante.

This immediate location is known as ‘Orihuela Costa’ which stretches 16 Km from 'Torrevieja' to 'Torre de la Horadada'.

Our Property is located on an Urbanisation called 'Lamas de Cabo Roig' which is in Campoamor. This is only a few minutes from Cabo Roig, which is characterised with broad palm lined avenues and landscaped gardens. The whole 'Calas de Campoamor' area is blessed with beautiful beaches and parks making this area the ideal location from which to take full advantage of this part of Spain.

There are stunning views from the coastline of the Mediterranean, La Manga Peninsula and the Mar Menor which provide a picturesque setting to enjoy on your stay.

Campoamor is surrounded by miles of clean white beaches with water sports featuring strongly in the area.

The Costa Blanca has over 100 kilometers of beautiful coastline. The beautiful shoreline often gives way to rugged cliffs and headlands. Consequently, the coastline contains many sheltered coves of great beauty, a favourite with many a beach-goer.

The pool area is approximately 20 meters away with perfect views from front terrace and roof top solarium. This pool is set in secure tranquil gardens. Casa Jasmins pool has an safe shallow area for children.

The property has recently been constructed from high standard, modern materials with tiled flooring throughout and comprise of 2 bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, Living Room/ dining area and bathroom.

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
