Although Valle Vista is located on the edge of the traditional Market town of Pego, it has the advantage of a tranquil location looking towards the Serra de Mustalla mountain range. All around are citrus, almonds and cherry groves for which this area is well known for growing. You have the added bonus of been able to walk into Pego to enjoy the traditional Spanish restaurants, bars and shops. The fantastic sandy beaches of Oliva are only a 10 minutes drive away.
The villa is brand new and has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. The open plan lounge and dining area is light and airy and is stylishly furnished with leather sofas and dining room furniture. When the children need a rest from the sun, they can play on the Playstation 2 or watch a bit of cartoon network, courtesy of Sky. The lounge has large patio doors that open onto the pool and terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would require for your stay, you can even leave the Marigolds at home as there is a dishwasher provided.
The master bedroom and second double bedroom both a have door leading onto the spacious terrace and all three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate shower room.
Ouside there are many private terraces where you will enjoy all day sunshine for the sunbathers, or relax with a good book and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a barbecue house where you can enjoy outside cooking and al fresco dining. Watch the sun go down over the mountains with a glass of Sangria: a perfect end to a perfect day!! You can even pick your self a lemon or orange to go with your drink.
 

Villa Vista is situated on the outskirts of the traditional market town of Pego. The peace and quiet, excellent climate and the proximity to pristine blue flag beaches make the villa ideal for your holiday.
You can travel back in time and stroll around the medieval winding streets admire the architecture and the blue tiled domes of the chapels and churches. You can’t miss Thursday market day, this is a traditional Spanish market where local fruit and vegetable growers come to sell their produce. You can snap up a bargain from the many different stalls or relax in the square and sample the local drink of Horchata and soak up the atmosphere.
The area is surrounded by orange groves cherries and almond trees. During the summer, in Pego´s National Park, you can take a row boat trip on the Salinar river part of the wetlands a bird watchers paradise. You can visit Font Salada and bathe in crystalline waters where the locals swear that the minerals in the waters cure just about everything!!

In addition the beautiful beaches of Oliva and Club Nautico marina offers all manner of water sports. If golf is on your agenda Oliva Nova golf is only 5 minute drive away.

There are many Spanish villages and towns to visit many hidden away from tourists or you can sun bathe on the golden beaches or find a bargain on the Spanish street markets. The fiestas are something to see and not to be missed.

Our area is known as the orange blossom coast with the vast fertile citrus groves of oranges and lemons.
If you drive 15 minutes inland you will find the Orba valley and the Jalon Valley where you can explore the winding streets with the typically Spanish white washed houses. You could sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas. This is without doubt the real Spain!!
The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Miles of award winning soft white sandy beaches shelving gently into the Mediterranean this makes a good choice for children. Benidorm is an excellent choice for wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant night life. There is an Aquapark nearby Terra Mitica and for a night out visit Benidorm Palace.
A 5 minute drive away is El Vergal safari park a good day out for any age, in the same area visit the Spanish towns of Oliva and Gandia. The area is steeped in History relax and be a part of the Spanish way of life if only for a short while.
A 20 minute drive will take you to Denia. A bustling cosmopolitan town with many bars and restaurants. You can even take the ferry to Ibiza
Trains run between Valencia and Gandia, or a one hour drive will take you to Valencia the region’s capital. This stunning city is a must to visit, whether it is museums or the oceanographic or just shop till you dro p (into the nearest tapas bar!!) Well you have to experience the Spanish way of life!!
For a traditional Spanish night out with a traditional flamenco show a visit to Viva Espana is a must situated on the N332 20 minutes drive away.



 

This brand new 3 bedroom villa is furnished to a high standard. The private pool and terraces offer lovely views over the valley and orange groves. It is only a 10 minute stroll to Pego,a traditional Spanish town, yet only a 10 minute drive to stunning beaches. Only 1 hour away from Valencia

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Matt says: "Weve just returned from a week at Villa Valle Vista and would have to say that its the nicest, most contemporary villa weve ever stayed at - with one of the best views (the road at the front of the villa is rarely used, so its totally peaceful as well)!!! Set just outside of Pego, but with several supermarkets close by (Mercadona on the outskirts of town was the biggest and best value), it was exactly what we needed for a chilled out break. A car is essential (although we found ourselves staying at the villa for much of our holiday once wed stocked up on food and drink!), and Valencia, Denia and Benidorm(!) are within easy driving distance if youre looking for places to visit. As has been previously mentioned, the driveway to the villa does have a steep incline, which our rent-a-car bumper didnt really like, but it was no problem parking outside the main gates for the rest of the stay (the unmade road leading to the villa is entirely private anyway). The pool was kept clean, plus with the plentiful outside lighting became even more inviting at night, the outside shower was nice and powerful, and having British telly was a bonus (didnt want to miss X-Factor!) All in all, thoroughly recommended!"
