Casa De Suenos(meaning House of Dreams),is a three bedroomed,ground floor apartment,situated in the popular area of La Florida,just south of Torrevieja,on Spains beautiful Costa Blanca.
Fully equipped,with everything you need to make your stay a happy one,and just 25mins walk from the beautiful blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca,Casa De Suenos is a perfect base from which to explore the Alicante and Murcia regions.
Whether you wish to play golf(at least a dozen championship standard courses within 45mins),visit the surrounding area,or just relax in the sun,youll be in the right place

There are 2 swimming pools on the estate which guests are free to use.The nearest is just around the corner from the apartment.There is plenty of space to lie back and relax beside the pool if you wish.Dont worry about bringing beach towels with you,Youll find plenty of them in the apartment.
A Supermarket, ATM,Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars are all within 2 minutes walk at La Florida, with the larger Flamenca Beach complex, including Spanish, Hungarian, Italian, Indian and Chinese Restaurants amongst others and various different type of Bars, within an easy 15-20mins stroll. Playa Flamenca also boasts one of the largest street markets in Spain every Saturday.
The golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are within 10-15 mins drive, whilst the world famous La Manga resort is within 50 mins drive to the south, making it ideal for golfers.
Other activities in the Area include Tennis, Childrens Play Area, Bike Rental (with free delivery & collection to and from the apartment) and Go-Karting. Horse Riding, Water Sports, Water Parks are a short drive away.

You may find a car useful if you wish to explore the local area.Torrievieja is just 10-15mins away and Terra Mitica theme park around 45mins.(Benidorm is around 1hr).You can hire a car at the local La Florida shops.

hi john and norma, big sandy here, just back from 15th to 19th of january at your apartment, had a great time, accommodation first class, facilities also first class, everything u need close by, some great pubs and restaurants, weather was excellent, took a trip to benidorm by local bus and train, thanks for a great holiday.
