Because of its great location this luxury apartment would suit people who want to explore the great night life, or the old town for traditional Spanish life as well as being suited to families with children, a great all rounder.

The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed ans en-suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and twin room. All rooms are of a good size and have fitted wardrobes. A very large lounge with UK Satellite TV programs, DVD player and HiFi supporting MP3 playback. The dining area sits six people comfortably . The fitted kitchen is well appointed with utilities including smoothy maker/blender, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Both bathrooms have bath and shower facilities and electric shaver socket.

The apartment has built in airconditioning and central heating in every room.

There is a wrap around balcony providing two sun terrace areas. From the lounge doors there is a very large patio overlooking pool, the second large patio is to the rear of the property off the second double bed room. The patios can be used as two private areas or as all day sun bathing areas. Both balconies benefit from either a manual or automatic awning to provide shade and loungers, tables and chairs.

Secure underground parking is available with lift access to the apartment. There is also pleanty of outside parking by the main gates.
 

The property is located on the first floor with lift access available from the ground floor and underground car park. There are nine steps from the poolside to the lift/stairway. From the apartment, it is a short 5 minute walk direct along the flat path to the sandy Arenal beach.

After s swim, top up your tan on the front or rear balconies, dine "al fresco" on the balcony overlooking the pool or just relax and enjoy your holiday here in Javea. 

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find sailing.

Noeleen says: "The apartment is in a lovely complex surrounding the pool, you can see it on Google Earth (38°4632.70"N 0°114.08"E) look for the Dolphin shaped pool! Its first floor but is very quiet, as is the whole complex (mid June visit). Its large and spacious, plenty of room for 6 (4 adults - 2 couples - and 2 children). Theres TV (about 17 channels), washing machine, fridge freezer, sunbeds, dishwasher - very well equipped. The sun terrace wraps around the whole apartment meaning you can catch the sun all day, its a big terrace at both ends as well. It was very clean. Location wise its about 5 minutes walk from the beach & restaurants, shops are very handy as is the centre & of Javea Arenal, The main town of Javea is probably 30-40 minutes walk or about 5 mins by car. The complex is very secure, locked gates, locked block doors and locked apartment doors. The negative bits are tiny... the allocated car parking space is TINY, a Citroen C1 got into it but anything bigger is going to be tricky to manouver into the awkward space. It wasnt the easiest place to find even with the directions that took us to the right street.. the 20meters is more like 200 meters from the “Nautica Marina” and may be a typo in the instructions. The pool is great for kids with a shallow pool for tots and the main pool not too deep, its chest deep on a adult, but with the great beach just down the road and the apartment terrace there for sunbathing its not really a problem. A little more introduction to the apartment by the meeters and greeters would be very welcome, they showed us the rooms and thats really about it. A little more info about the area would have been useful. Although the owner said we could leave our bags in the apartment if we arrived early the key holders then said we couldnt (insurance reasons they said) when we rang them to give an arrival time. There were mosquitoes about and they were hungry if invisible... but the same was true all over Javea. Theres a Spar store near the beach and a Lidls store up the road towards Javea. To summarise, the apartment is great, cant recommend it highly enough, great location, nice town, and great weather when we were there. Thanks for having us, we would definitely return."
