Los Montesinos is a small spanish village with lots of local supermarkets, restaurants, tapas bars and a variety of international places to dine. It is approximately 15 minutes drive inland from the Spanish hoilday town of Torrevieja which offers a wide range of leisure activities and night entertainment.
For those who enjoy a round of golf there are many championship courses including La Finca, Villmartine, Campoamore, Las Ramblas and La Marqueson all within 15 - 20 minutes drive. The courses in Alicante, Bonaiba and La Manga and less than an hour away.  

Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with a number of stunning becahes withing 10 minutes drive of the apartment one such beach is Guadamar with miles of clean sandy beaches and blue seas.

Relaxing, golfing, shoping, touring, or simply lazing at the beach at costa blanca there is something for everyone and it's all within reach of Los Montesinos.  

The fully air conditioned apartment is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. It comfortabley sleeps six. the double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes have two single beds in each room. The Master bedroom with king size bed and fully fitted wardrobes has en-suite bathroom.

Living room has large faux corner sofa and cushions, glass dining table and high backed chairs. Flat screen TV with 28 programmes, DVD player & CD/Radio. Large glass top coffe table and wall display units with ornaments.

Breakfast bar with stools and fully fitted kitchen which includes microwave, cooker, ceramic touch top hob, large fridge freezer, toaster etc. Also an outside galleria area with fully automatic washing maching & gas heater. 

From the solarium (roof) where the pool is located you have outstanding views of the salt lakes and mountains. The apartment is located on the third floor of a three storey modern building with has lifts to all floors. The fully air conditioned (hot/cold) apartment is tastefully furnished to a very high standard. Living room has a large faux chase lounge corner sofa, glass dining table and 4 chairs and patio door to balcony with table and two wicker chairs. DVD player, TV with 28 programmes to choose from. Breakfast bar with stoosl and fully fiited kitchen with all applicances supplied

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
