Set amongst tree lined wide avenies with landscaped open spaces and plenty of room to breathe, this very spacious villa overlooks the salt lakes of La Mata. These lakes are like the dead sea, just rub in the mud and you are cured of many arthritic ailments. The locals take it home in the bucketfull. The air is pure as there is little building work nearby and the birds have returned to give you a chorus when you arrive. The villa gardens are very secluded and spacious with spaces to be away from each other. There is a blind on the patio, and a sun brolly for the garden. 

The spacious villa has a luxury interior with leather seating, solid dark wood dining furniture and all amenities. Any thing you need and dont want to bring can be provided. It has quality curtains and lighting with dimmer switches and even a chanderlier in the dining area. It is open plan downstairs so no-one feels shut away, cooking etc. It has 3 bathrooms, 3 showers and a utility room as well as the large open plan lounge diningroom, hall and kitchen. Early and late arrivals and departures usually accomodated. 

The bedrooms are very spacious with an en-suite to the main bed with shower, sink and toilet. There is plenty of space for clothes in drawers, under bed drawers fitted wardrobes and vanity units. The beds all have pine headboards and do not sag in the middle. There are fans in all bedrooms and aircon in beds. 1 and 2. The main bedroom has a balcony with lovely views of a park directly opposite and a partial view of Lake Mata.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the bedrooms as required, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.

There is also a bank, pub, beauty salon, hairdressers and 6 restaurants within 3 mins stroll

Miss V says: "We arrived in the middle of a heat wave, so spent most of the time by the pool. The villa is on an "urbanisation" with a few restaurants and local paper shop and mini supermarket in walking distance. A car is recommended especially for trips to the beach- although walking to it is achievable. Hiring transport from the airport to the villa is a must as its an approx 45min drive. The villa was clean tidy and spacious. Great facilities- all of the party agreed that its one of the best stayed in by far! The pool was spotless and has the benefit of a timed pump that created pleasant mini current. The bbq area and outside space was great! A large table and 6 chairs is a good touch! Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. A good time was had by all. And we would return next year. Thank you! :D"
