The villa La Medina is in a quiet location with lovely views of the Montgo mountain.
It is just a 3 minute drive downhill to Denia town centre. It is an historic town with a castle and old back streets. Great boutique shopping, tapas bars, reatuarants and ice-cream parlours. The town is on the Port front where the ferries come and go to the Balearic islands and the fishing boats bring in their catch.
There are many restaurants along the port front and a further selection of stylish bars and restaurnats in the newly developed marina.
There is a weekly market and a daily fresh produce market.
It is easy to walk down into town and get a taxi back up for around 5 euros.
There is 10kms of long golden sandy beach within a 5 minute drive  

The villa has a private terrace which is screened by hedges and leads onto a beautiful, tropical garden. The pool is surrounded by grass and the communal area is shared with only 7 other villas.

This two bedroom villa is all on one level. It is modern and bright. The villa is comfortable and has a TV and DVD player and the owner has left some DVD's for your use.
The living area is air-conditioned as is one of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is adjacent to the living area and can be cooled by the air-con unit there.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds sharing a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the lounge or an additional fold up bed can be provided for one of the bedrooms for children not wishing to share. 

Mountain views

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

keith says: "Super villa with all the expected benefits as described. It was very quiet settlement when we were there , 1&2 nd week in September. The only slightly negative point is the walk up the hill from Denia at night in the dark. You need a torch for part of the route (supplied) & to be fair the details do point this out. However the location is well worth it . Well recommended. K. "
