The villa is just 10 minutes walk to the beach front where there are a small selection of bars and restaurants. The beach here is pebbly but the water is crystal clear. You can walk around the bay and either side the beach is golden sand. Denia has 15kms of sandy beach in total.
There is a supermarket within 10 minutes walk and it is a 15 minute walk to the centre of the old quaint village of Els Poblets. Here you will find a further selection of cafes and restaurants, a supermarket with its own wine store and bakery and banks.
Els Poblets has weekly market and craft markets. The bigger resort of Denia is a 15 minute drive and is home to a bustling port and marina, old town, castle, boutique shops, restaurants, tapas bars and bars and cafes. 

The private pool is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and a grass garden. A large palm tree and sunshades provide shade. There is also a grass garden to the side of the house.
There is plenty of seating outside and the balcony from the master bedroom overlooks the pool.
The villa is on the edge of an urbanisation and through the garden gate you have access to the large community pool.
There is off street parking for one car and plenty of street parking right outside. 

The villa has been comfortably furnished, as a home, and to a high standard.
Downstairs: the dining area is in a covered porch overlooking the pool and garden and comfortably seat 8 people. The adjacent lounge is spacious and comfortable and is air-conditioned. There is a basic SKY TV package and the owner has left a wide selection of videos for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a downstairs w.c. The garage is the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the 1st floor are 2 double and 1 twin bedroom all with air-conditioning. The master bedroom has a large balcony/terrace and an ensuite impressive bathroom with corner bath. The second double bedroom has a french balcony. There is another full bathroom on this floor.
The upper floor are the attic rooms. Here is the kids room with 3 single beds in a row and a further double bedroom. Although these rooms are not air-conditioned they are cool.
There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the facilities and this offers a large family or sveral families travelling together a choise of rooms. 

Basic SKY Tv package. The owner has left a selection of English videos for entertainment. There is a further room with 3 single beds.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer is also available for your use.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Rachel says: "Fantastic! We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children (ranging from 6 to 15). The villa was much larger than we had anticipated and the bedrooms were a great size (especially the en-suite room with the balcony). The location was ideal with a beach and shops in easy walking distance. The villa is totally secluded and the outside space works really well and the pool was perfectly safe for all ages. Having read the previous review we were not suprised to see the pool man arrive most mornings but as this was expected it was no problem and he was perfectly friendly and polite. We did have a little difficulty figuring out how to use the oven (some basic instructions would have been useful) and as far as we could see there wasnt a bbq. The Sky TV was very, very limited but again we had had prior knowledge of this from the previous review. We were a little surprised when the cleaners arrived at 8am on our last day as we were under the impression that we did not have to vacate the property until 10am and they were told that we were going at 8am and there was another party arriving at 11:30am. Fortunately we were up and about and almost ready to go but this could have proved awkward had we still been in bed and not planning to leave until 10am!! In all we were all very, very pleased with the villa and would have no hesitation recommending it and would be more than likely to book it again ourselves."
