This luxury detached villa is located at Gata Residencia on Monte Pedreguer. It is in a residencial area but only a short drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Javea and Denia. The villa has been tastefully furnished throughout and has a beautiful private swimming pool, patios and gardens. It boasts all the modern features one would expect from such a property including central heating, airconditioning, 3 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms and a spacious living and dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The various terraces are furnished for al fresco dining, barbeques and sunbathing.  

 

 

The bedrooms consist of 2 doubles and the third bedroom has a double bed and a single on top (Futon Bed)

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The location of the villa means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Lindsey says: "The property provided excellent facilities, although a couple more comfortable chairs outside to relax would have been appreciated . However the outside eating table was excellent. There was a leak in the top floor bathroom every time we used the shower which came through to the the downstairs toilet ceiling, which looked as though it had been there for some time from the marks on the ceiling. However we left a note to this effect so I hope this has now been attended to. Overall we had a great holiday and would return to this area again."
