A superb new development comprising of two and three bedroom houses. The atmosphere is very much one of relaxation in the sunshine. There is a wonderful swimming pool in the centre of the development that forms the hub of this community. A number of the houses are permanently occupied by ex-pats making local information readily available and a very friendly environment. Although certainly not isolated, we do recommend car hire. 

Renouned for its sunny beaches and sleepy afternoons, this area of the SOuthern Costa Blanca is home to some dramatic mountain ranges, blue flag beaches and superb dining. The large bustling town of Torrevieja is just 10 mins drive away with a lovely seaside promenade lined with bars and restaurants. This is an ideal spot for the younger crowd with over 100 bars to choose from the majority of which are concentrated in the El Buarte district. The town of Quesada is on the door step with shops bars restaurants and even its own waterpark certain to keep the kids amused for many an afternoon. The blue flag beach at La Zenia is also just 10 mins drive away. For the golfer, there is VillaMartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Wildlife is in abundance on the saltlakes making this the healthiest place in the world to live!  

We have furnished the villa to the highest specification and have cut no corners. There is more than enough space for 6 adults given the number of bathrooms, size of kitchen, lounge etc as 6 of us stayed here recently. For lazy days at home, besides being by the pool, there is a garden, sun terrace outside the bedrooms and a roof top terrace to top up the tan. 

Superb new development close to all the that the Costa Blanca has to offer but not within audible distance! This property will appeal to families looking for a quiet base from which to explore the Costa Blanca or for a golfing group that is looking for a quality property while playing the three Championship course that are close by and the fantastic La manga courses which are just 25 mins drive away. We strongly recommend car hire so you can make the most of the surrounding area. The Villa can sleep 8, is air conditioned and has satellite tv. There is enough crockery to cater for 12 people, perfect for that dinner party in the sun. There is also a clothes line in the Solarium area and we have even provided games for those relaxing days in.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, a themepark.

Championship golf at Campoamor, VillaMartin and Las Ramblas. Easy to drive to is La Manga!

Water Park at Torrevieja is a great day out for. Blue Flag beach at La Zenia only a 10 min drive .
