Porta D'Orba is situated in 'Marquesado de Denia' near the village of Orba and is in a superb location. 

Surrounded by routes and hiking trails of the Vall de Laguar, El Barranco del Infierno and Bernia, Porta D'Orba is located amongst the orange and lemon groves as well as cherry and almond trees. It is without doubt a fantastic peaceful location with excellent access to the outlying coastal areas and the motorway for Valencia and Alicante airports.
 

Close to the traditional Spanish town of Orba with it's slow pace of life, yet you are within few minutes drive of some of the best beaches, golf, restaurants and entertainment on the North Costa Blanca. Each day can be as different as you like, from sunbathing by the private pool, on an unspoilt beach, playing golf, sailing, mountain walking, or visiting safari and theme parks. An evening can end with a relaxing meal at one of the many fine local restaurants.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Lounge sofa. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
