We are in a residential part of San Miguel not on an urbanisation, just 2 minutes walk from the high street where you will find restaurants, bars and shops, many of which are tucked away down side streets. You need to go exploring to find all the different cuisines and styles of restaurants, you can even have dinner in a cave restaurant!! San Miguel has something for everyone. Come and see for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
The property is secured with a telephone entry system and private underground car park. The spacious open plan lounge/dining room is furnished to a high standard with air conditioning, there is also a TV/DVD & CD player.
Fully fitted kitchen with good quality cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery & glasses.
Both twin bedrooms are spacious and have fitted wardrobes, bedside tables & ceiling fans.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has a hair dryer.
 

We have a set of unbreakable cups, glasses and plates that you can take to the beach.
To keep everything cool there is a cool bag and ice blocks.
To make the day complete there are 2 beach chairs and an umbrella.
Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided
 

We have an information pack with useful numbers, brochures and restaurant cards please feel free to add to this.
There are DVD's, CD's, games, cards and books for your pleasure.

We have a large balcony, with views of the Costa Blanca Mountains, ideal for sitting and watching the sun go down with a nice glass of wine. There is a huge roof solarium for private sun bathing or having a BBQ. The views from here are spectacular you can see the de Salinas (salt lakes) that go dark pink as the day goes on. In the evening you can see all the twinkling lights of Torrevieja in the distance.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
