The house consists of two bedrooms,one double upstairs with air con and its own balcony,two bathrooms, one with bath and shower the other with a shower. A fully fitted kitchen, with microwave,toaster,washing machine and a living / dinning area, with TV,games console,DVD player, and music system.It has a large roof top solarium with table and chairs and BBQ, with stunning views over the lakes and sea.The house has 2 communal pools and gardens, and is located in a barriered cul de sac.Local shops and bars are a few minutes walk away.The property is fully Air conditioned.Sunbeds,towels,outdoor chairs,cool box and various other items are there to be used. An information folder containing local maps,attractions and infomation is also there.The house is fully grilled and secure with shutters, and an alarm.We have a keyholder to see you into the property,settle you in and explain all the features and the local attractions,there are English and are very knowledgeable about the area, and are on hand during your stay for any help or information. 

Torrevieja is a Bustling town based on an old fishing village and famous for its salt lakes, the largest in Europe, which is home to dozens of varieties of birds. It has all the amenities needed for eating, drinking, shopping and generally having fun in the sun!.The water park in Torrevieja is a favourite attraction for families and younger visitors. There are several go-Kart tracks in the area, which are excellent fun for all ages.

The market on a Friday morning in the centre of Torrevieja is very popular with everything you can imagine for sale from fresh fruit, vegetables, meats etc. to clothes, household items, souvenirs and the like.

Beaches - The Costa Blanca of Spain, is so called because of the innumerable white sandy beaches along the brilliant blue waters of the Mediterranean.
Along the coast there numerous other “blue flag” beaches such as La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Los Locos and El Cura and Cabo Roig to name but a few.

The Costa Blanca - Is famous for its wonderful climate, all year round. Even the Spanish claim that local inhabitants live up to 10 years longer than the rest of Spain!. Facilities have improved dramatically in the last few years, particularly with the addition of motorway routes directly into the area. There are several towns and villages in the costa Blanca steeped in tradition, history and nature including Santa Pola, San Pedro del Pintar with its mud bathing, Orihuela, Alicante the provincial capital, Altea, Castalla, Elche, Murcia and the world famous La Manga strip.

Benidorm is also well worth a visit as there are lots of places of interest for the tourist with its Marine and Exotic Animal park a firm favourite with the kids.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living Room, 1 double sofa bed located in the living Room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
