Situated in a quiet area of El Vergel with shops, bars, restaurants, Vergel Safari Park, water sports, wind surfing, sailing and go-karting with golf facilities nearby. There are 2 swimming pools, tennis facilities and a nearby beach. Benidorm with its many theme parks is just 40 mins away by car.

Prices quoted are for bookings of up to four people and there are no hidden costs for cleaning or utility usage.

For bookings of more than 4 people, there is a very comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. For bookings over 4, there is a £25.00 charge per extra person per week (or part week) to cover the additional cleaning and utility costs. For example, a booking for 5 people will add just £25 to the cost and will be added to the final invoice. Linen and towels are provided but please take your own beach towels.
 

The cosmopolitan port town of Denia with its own castle and port and is just a short drive from the complex and Ibiza and Majorca are both just a short hop on the ferry with crossings leaving Denia harbour daily.

There are many local fiestas throughout the year and plenty to see and do for everyone. Further information can be obtained from the Tourist Office in Denia or via the Internet.

Denia is a cosmopolitan coastal city situated along the Northern Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It has a 20km coastline, made up of mainly sandy beaches, some pebble beaches and plenty of beautiful small coves ideal for diving. Here you will find some of the most fabulous scenery in the whole of Spain with mountains meeting the sea in many areas.

The temperate climate of between 15°C in winter to 32°C in summer enables lemon, orange, almond and olive groves to grow in abundance and such temperatures make Denia an ideal location for year round holidays. The Valencian region is fantastic for golf and is home to numerous golf courses and other attractions for all the family. The average winter rainfall in the Costa Blanca is less than elsewhere in Spain making it an ideal, year round destination for golfers and other holiday makers.
 

Denia and the local towns/villages have an extensive range of attractions and there is something for everyone to see or do. It has long sandy beaches, a hill-top castle dating back to Roman times, historic buildings, plenty of shopping, a new marina, a ferry port and an abundance of cafes and restaurants.

The countryside surrounding the Montgo and Jalon valleys is ideal for walkers and for mountain biking. Denia is located between Valencia to the north and Alicante to the south (both can be reached by car in about one hour). In both cities, you can enjoy shopping in the various shops and markets, visiting the museums and wandering around the old towns.

The picturesque town of Javea with its beautiful beach, working fishing port (don't miss the fish market) and pretty cafes and bars is no more than 20/30 mins away by car as is Calpe, Altea and Moraira. Moraira has an old fishing village and is so pretty - a favourite spot with tourists; it also has a beach, loads of kerbside cafes and restaurants.

A short drive inland and you arrive at the wetland area of Pego National Park where there can be found many marshlands and waterways making this an ideal place for walkers, bird watchers and fishing. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
