Ideal for family holidays,short breaks or golfers, our fully equipped ground floor apartment is in the prestigious Zeniamar complex in Playa Flamenca. The apartment is convenient for the numerous blue flag beaches of south Costa Blanca, and also several quality golf courses.
The patio overlooks the large freeform swimming pool with childrens pool and jacuzzi, and the beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a fully equipped communal gym, and sauna for use in the winter. For your safety there is a lifeguard in July and August, though the pool is open all year round.
The apartment is comfortably furnished, with a double and a twin bedroom, bathroom and shower room. There is a sofa bed in the living area. All appliances you could need are available, and for entertainment there is a DVD player, CD player and a dock for your ipod. There are 2 bicycles for you to use along with tennis racquets and floats for the pool. 

With 320 days of sunshine, and bars and restaurants open all year, the South Costa Blanca area is ideal to visit at any time. Our apartment is about 25 mins walk or 2mins by car to the beach at Punta Prima. There are numerous other beaches within 10 mins drive and in Torrevieja, most with beach bars and lifeguards in high season.
Also close by is the Go-Kart track and the busy saturday market. There are several nearby large supermarkets for all your daily essentials.
The nearest bars and restaurants are 5 mins walk away, with many others within 20 mins walk. There are restaurants to suit every budget and every type of cuisine. Bars range from quiet to lively. If you fancy driving to eat there are hundreds of restaurants within 20 mins drive.
Torrevieja, 10 mins away by car is a resort popular with an international clientele, but maintans a Spanish atmosphere with its atractive promenade and marina. There is a fantastic evening funfair and marina here. There is also an excellent shopping centre and a Waterpark which is fun for everyone.
For golfers,there are three local courses at Villamartin, Campoamor and las Ramblas., all within 15 mins drive of the apartment

 

There is much to see and enjoy in the Costa Blanca area. The superb beaches of the typical Spanish resort of Guadarmar are close by, as are the resorts of the Mar Menor.
For sightseers, Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante are all within 40 mins drive, as is the town of Elche with its famous palm groves.
You can take a boat trip trom Torrevieja or santa Pola to visit the isle of Tabarca.
For shoppers there is a large new shopping centre in Murcia, as well as an excellent centre at San Pedro.
The theme park of Terra Mitica in Benidorm is easily accesible and a fantastic day out with great rides and minimal queue , as are Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Natura.
There is also much to see and explore inland with many typical Spanish villages to enjoy. We have maps and guide books in the apartment to help you.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In sitting room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.
