We have aimed to provide everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and stress free holiday and would hope that you view this as much your home as it is ours - "me casa et tu casa" as the Spanish say. As a family with small children we appreciate exactly what trials and tribulations can be involved in a holiday - all you need to bring is yourselves, your clothes and you wont need many of them and your toothbrush. We will provide you with detailed information before your departure of everything you need to know before you go and there is a comprehensive information folder in the property for everything else you need while you are there. Dont worry if this is your first DIY holiday, we will be there every step of the way. The property is set in a nice quite residential area but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with more appearing all of the time. ¡°The healthiest place in the world to live¡± with its 2 natural salt lakes set in the National Park area. Torrevieja boasts 320 sunshine days each year with the average daytime temperature in the winter of 18¢ªC. All of the beaches are proud to carry the European Blue Flag. The town has hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from as well as nightlife into the small hours but still maintains its Spanish identity. Getting around in Torrevieja is easy, there are plenty of taxis and the area is well served by an exceptionally good bus service. For those who like to walk there are nice, promenades along the seafront. The town is easily accessible by regular buses which take only 10 mins or plentiful taxis. For fitter folk you could walk in 20/30 mins, or longer if you make use of the many bars to stop off for a thirst quencher along the way. 

The closest beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes but it would take you longer to walk back as it is uphill.
There is an aquapark which is a 5/10 minute drive. There is plenty to do in the area if you want to get out and about with easy transport links if you dont want to walk or drive. If you would like to arrange car hire we can help you with this. Although excusions can be arranged nearby to the likes of Alicante, Benidorm or the ancient town of Cartegena a car would be useful for the Safari Park, Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia or any of the championship golf courses. Take a drive to La Manga and mingle with the millionaires or head off into the hills for a real taste of Spanish life. 

Babies and children are very well catered for with toys, inflatables for the pool or beach, plastic eating utensils, steriliser, blender, nighlight, baby listening monitor. A range of video, DVDs, CDs books and games, satelite TV with 20 channels including BBC and ITV are also available for your entertainment should you get bored with the sun!! There are various other extras which are too numerous to list, if there is anything you need to check about before you go, just ask.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Everything was explaind in a fantastis dossier,with details of anything you could possibly need away from home. Details of places to visit,places to eat down to shops and doctors and dentists. The pool was very clean and has wonderful gardens. Along with the weather it trully was a fantastic place cant wait to go back
