Our modern 1 bedroom house is set in the quiet hamlet of Venta Lanuza, only metres from a sandy cove. The Lounge diner is furnished in a modern style with a 2- seater sofa and a 3- seater sofabed. The wall units house the television, DVD player & selection of DVD’s / CD’s, satellite. There are a few books and Spanish/English dictionary / phrase books. Guidebooks, maps and instructions are in folders to help you get the most of your holiday. The dining table seats 4 comfortably although meals are often taken on the patio.
The compact kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine, and toaster. Opposite the washing machine is a large fridge with freezer above. Air conditioning/ heating allows for comfort throughout the year. A tiled semicircular stairway leads to the large bathroom and double bedroom. The bathroom has a shower in the bath, sink, bidet and toilet. A bathroom heater allows for comfort in the cooler winter days. The airy bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, 2 built in wardrobes and dressing table provide ample storage. Hairdryer and curling tongs are for guest use. A balcony leads from the bedroom with table and chairs.
 

The house is one of only 67 one and two bedroom house set in a gated complex. There is a mixture of permanent residents, holiday makers. The double pool and gardens are for use of both residents and guests. We are situated halfway between Alicante and Benidorm, only ten minutes drive / ride on the train from the picturesque village of Villajoyosa. If you are chocolate lovers, the Chocolate factory is a ‘must’ to visit. Ten minutes drive / bus or tram ride to the south is the town of El Campello with miles of sandy beaches, restaurants / bars and shops. The old port is still bustling with sailing boats and working boats. The bus stop and ‘request’ tram stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house, so also is the small cove of Venta Lanuza, with soft sand and rock pools. Within a few minutes walk is a restaurant, a beach bar open for breakfast through to an evening meal. If it’s fresh bread you want, then go to the small shop a short walk away next door to another bar/ restaurant. As local transport is good, you may prefer us to arrange return transfer from the airport, fees to be paid locally. If you do want to hire a car, then a parking space is allocated in the gated complex.
We can also arrange a welcome pack, again paid locally, but we would need notice of this.
 

 

The villa comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, walking, horse riding, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.
