Campello with its 23kms of coastline and beaches and its pedestrianized promenade lined with restaurants and bars is located on the Costa Blanca between the Historic City of Alicante and the lively commercialised town of Benidorm. The Holiday Property is in the Moroccan Style Urbanisation of Alkabir situated by the coast on the northern outskirts of the town. 

Alkabir is set in attractive landscaped gardens and boasts a splendid swimming pool (June to September only, passes included) suitable for all ages. There is ample sunbathing area on the surrounding patios and a pool side bar. The nearest local beach is a 5 minutes walk away, with a summer bar located on it. The beautiful sandy beach at Playa Muchavista/San Juan is 5 minutes drive away.

Within the Urbanisation there are several bars and restaurants which cater for most tastes. There is also a small supermarket, which can supply all the essentials. There is a station nearby, Amerador, for the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway, which has stops all along the coast including Campello, San Juan, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.
 

The holiday accommodation which sleeps up to 7 plus a cot, comprises of a small patio garden leading into an open plan living/dining room and American style kitchen, on the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom, on the second floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a roof terrace leading off the top bedroom. 

Parking is available right outside the front gate. A cot and high chair are available.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the In one of the twin bedrooms. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views.

The villa is right beside swimming, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, walking, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, historic sites, a museum.

Katrina says: "location in Alkabir excellent very close to swimming pool, supermarket and restaurants. Villa very clean and everything we needed was there for us e.g. basic food-tea coffee sugar salt pepper etc, fairy liquid, towels, cloths, iron & ironing board, also selec tion of books & videos. there is no tram stop in alkabir but an hourly bus service runs to El Campello wher you are able to catch tram into Alicante or benidorm. Overall a lovely villa, felt well looked after and also collected from airport. Would definately recomend. Thank You."

Thank you for your comments. With regards to the tram stop, no the stop (Amerador) is not right in Alkabir, but is only 3 minutes walk away, just behind Alkabir on the left as you go to the beach.
