This Villa is set in the beautiful district of Playa Flamenca in a quiet and centrally located gated community.The South facing garden ,porch and bedroom balcony make the most of the sun and is ideal to enjoy breakfast or evening refreshments.This is an ideal base for the family with a great communal pool 10 metres away. Less than 5 Mins drive to Playa Flamenca Blue Flag beach which is one of many within this area.Just 10 mins drive to 3 golfcourses,Las Ramblas, Villamartin, or Capoamor.  

A spacious well equipped air conditoned property with lounge/dining area, colour satellite TV with over 30 British channels and other international channels, 2bedrooms ,one with kingsize double bed, the other with 2 single beds and an inflatable single bed stowed under.There are 2 bathrooms with shower facilities in each,one with a bath.the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob electic fan assisted oven,toaster, kettle, Microwave oven, all pans, dishes, cutlery and glassware are provided,together with all towels and bedlinen. 

there is a beautiful South Facing L shaped garden and patio area, ideal for a BBQ or simply to sunbathe on one of the sunloungers, all garden furniture and and BBQ equipment is stored in the outhouse at the rear of the garden. a mature palm tree offers some shade from the afternoon sun and is floodlit at night.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. sheena says: "the property was more than we had hoped for, even the bed was really comfortable and the pool was wonderful.Everything looked just like in the photos. We felt very welcome on the complex and were recommended some very nice places to walk to, for restaurants and evening entertainment. We went with two teenage boys and found the location great for go carting, ten pin bowling, the water park and numerous beaches.It was a holiday we all enjoyed and we would love to go back again sometime."
