This is a stunning luxurious villa suitable for large family groups or two groups sharing the cost. Furnished to a very high standard. Closeby is the tournament golf course of La Finca (5 minute drive) at Algorfa. There are 4 other top class courses in and around the area. The villa has its own superb private pool, which is elevated out of the ground and ballastraded 33 feet long x 16 feet wide. That has a six feet wide sunbathing area around it. The nearest beach is Guadamar only 10-15 Minute drive away or 8 km. Has excellent transport links from Alicante and Murcia airports (in between the two). The AP7 Motorway is 2km from the villa, far enough not to be heard and near enough to get out and about. All the main attractions on the Costa Blanca can be accessed from this villa with a car.

The Villa is furnished to an excellent standard. The lounge has all leather seating and seats eight comfortable. There is a tv with 38 channels in English provided by a local satellite provider. The Tv has a DVD player built into it. The is a stereo system with radio, cd and tape cassette player. A video with some tapes. The lounge doubles as a diner with a six seat large marble effect table with cushioned seats. The room is 26 feet x 16 feet wide and large enough for two families to relax. The kitchen is large and has adequate storage space. We provide all the cutlery, cooking utensils & crockery. There is a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and cleaning materials for any accidents that may occur. There is a utility area for washing if required. There are 4 luxurious spacious bedrooms. The master suite is separated on one side of the villa. This has a double bed, cabinets, built in wardrobes, its own dressing room and mater bathroom. The bathroom has a corner bath, walk in shower and second shower over the corner bath, double sink unit and cabinets that light up and toilet. The second bathroom is shared on the other side of the villa and has a bath, shower, double sink and toilet. Two rooms are doubles, this room also has its own seating and dressing area and two rooms are twin bedded. There are two extra beds that easily fit in the double rooms or elsewhere. There are three airconditioning/heating units in the villa. One in each of the double rooms and one in the lounge.

 

The villa sits on a plot of 2300m2, so it is a very large area for two families to spread out. There is a 400m2 patio tiled area for sunbathing and playing games. There are 8 sun loungers/seats for the sole use of the tenants. The private pool is 33 long feet x 16 feet wide. 3.4 in the shallow end and 5 ft 8 in the deep end. It is elevated out of the ground and has ballastrade around it. There is a 6 feet sunbathing area all the way around the pool. It has an outside shower on the upper level. There is a BBQ with utentils for the tenants use. We have a childrens play pit with a double swing, seesaw, slide and playhouse. There are toys for the younger children provided. The gates are electronic which are controlled by a fob. The villa has an intruder alarm which is easy to use. All the windows and doors have strengthened steel grills and the windows have centre bolts. There is a safe. The tenants either use a key or set the code to what they want it to be for your peace of mind.. There is adequate parking for upto 8 vehicles in the car park behind the villa which are out of sight of the relaxing area, but inside the 8 feet perimeter fence. There is a pergola for dining al fresco that seats 8. There are two other tables on the porch and the poolside with 7 other seats. 

Golf – The nearest golf course is La Finca at Algorfa. It is only a 5 minute drive and has all the facilities for the keen golfing party. There are 4 other courses within a 45 drive from the villa. All have golf club hire and buggies.

The villa is between the two towns of Catral and Dolores. Both are typically Spanish, but speak enough English for you to get by and order what you need. There are several restaurants, bars to choose from. There are some English owned restaurants and cafes if you prefer. Both have market days on different days of the week. We do advise you to hire a car to make the most of the area. If you don’t it will take 20 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket or two minutes in a car.

The nearest beach is Guadamar, which is white sand and has life guards on duty in the Summer months. There are all the water sporting facilities at that beach. Along the coast are several other beach resorts all the way the Javea in the North.

Driving South on the A7 will take you to the Murcia area on the Costa Almeria and the Costa De Sol via Granada (4 hours). North takes you to Javea, Calpe, Valencia and Barcelona (4 hours). North East to Madrid which is inland (A31) (3 hours). So if you want get about you are in the best place.

The local towns have all the types of shops you need for your stay. For fashion shopping the best place is the city centre at Alicante, only a 30 minute drive up the AP7 & A7.

The local towns are steeped in history with the “Moors & Christians era, 14th Century” and have very old churches right in the middle. It is normally the building with the blue roof.

The cost of living is about a third cheaper than the UK, but some things are expensive so be careful. If you bartering the word for expensive is “Caro” (to dear).

The Spanish respect you if you a little Espaniol and wont laugh too much when you get it wrong. Be careful if you ask for chicken (Pollo – pronounced poyo) because (perro) is a dog and you would not want to eat dog & chips!!

This is an ideal location for those of you that just want to chill out or go hunting to visit the very special areas on the Costa Blanca.

 

There is a seperate building housing a large games room with, pool, table tennis, table soccer, darts, board games. Out side is a full sized badminton court and a target basketball net. The swimming pool is elevated out of the ground.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 3 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Games Room, 1 double sofa bed located in the Games Room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.
