The Location
The apartment is in the small town of Formentera del Segura, just 3km from the AP7 motorway that links both Alicante and Murcia airports.
There are numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance, some less than 100 metres away and a major supermarket is a 50m walk.
The beaches of Guardamar are within 8 minutes drive and there are many other attractions within 15 minutes including several golf courses, the historic city of Elche, and shopping malls. We have information on all these attractions in the apartment.

The Apartment
The apartment has the benefit of air conditioning and TV with all main British stations along with RTE1 and RTE2. It consists of a large living room/dining room with indepedent kitchen, large double bedroom and twin bedroom with balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool.

The area retains a largely Spanish feel to it, yet with an international flavour. There are plenty of bars and restaurants of all types within walking distance and for those wanting the beach, or sporting facilities, those are within very easy reach. There is also a regular bus route to the coast.
