From the third floor a further staircase leads to a large roof solarium, offering further stunning views and a great place to sunbathe. All rooms have modern shutters and double glazed windows and are newly furnished to a very high standard. The house shares a quiet and attractive residents pool and gardens that are never busy and is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearby marina with its choice of restaurants and a little further from the main beaches of Calpe and the town centre.
