This lovely, newly built South facing villa is set in the highly regarded area of Castellans in Javea. It is about a twenty minutes walk down into the historic old town and 10 minutes drive to the Arenal beach. The views are lovely and you can see for miles across the valley. The villa is set in a pretty and established garden with almond, lemon and orange trees and many beautiful flowering plants. There is a 9mx5m pool with patio and a more shaded lawn area close beside. The villa has been furnished with the help of an interior designer and feels very warm and friendly. Entry via a few steps is into a foyer, leading directly into the dining room, with a Tosca stone archway leaving into the poulent lounge. There is a TV, DVD and Music system and patio doors out onto the naya. The large L shaped naya (covered patio, typical of Spanish houses)can be reached either through the kitchen( so you can sit and eat your breakfast in the sun) or, through the sitting room, giving the house a very nice "flow" and also making it easy to watch the children whilst preparing meals or relaxing. There are two seating areas on the naya, one with a comfortable sofa and chairs; the second, a table and seating for eight. The kitchen is newly fitted and has every appliance you would need, including microwave and dishwasher. The villa has three bedrooms (two double, one twin), all ensuite. The master bedroom has a King Size bed, and a private terrace with beautiful views. The villa is fully fenced in, and offers a safe environment for chindren.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere.
