The villa is a 3 bedroom would sleep 6 people, currently 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and lounge area. There is a large terrace providing an outstanding panoramic view of the countryside and Cocentaina.
 

The villa would be ideal for a family who want the best of both worlds or for couples wanting a country holiday with breathtaking views and beautiful evenings being able to entertain at home, or be entertained in the local bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is home to many historic buildings, lots of country walks and truly magnificent scenery.

It has a large private pool 8m x 4m with shallow end, 2 barbeque areas and 6000m2 land with olive groves, along with lemon and orange trees. Pool chairs are supplied along with Naya furniture. 

Casa de Palmera is a Spanish Villa that has been modernised to take advantage of its superb position on the hills just outside the town of Cocentaina. Whilst surrounded by other villas in the Olive growing areas, the villa enjoys great privacy.
To the left of the Naya is a private filtered pool that is surrounded by evergreens and a palm tree that brings shade to one side of the pool. There are lights around the pool, so bathing in the summer months is possible late into the evening. The pool is fully maintained throughout the year.

Many lights around the villa some on automatic timers switch on during the evening allowing most of the areas where access is required to be illuminated.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
