You approach the villa from above where a gate leads to an ample drive way. On entry to the villa there is a small entrance hall leading to an air-conditioned, open plan lounge / diner with TV and DVD player and comfortable seating. There are patio doors from the living area out to a covered naya that leads down to pool level. The kitchen is separate and very modern, with dishwasher and neutral fixtures. The accommodation is all on one level. A hall leads to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 doubles and 1 twin room. The second double bedroom is ample, with en-suite bathroom (with corner bath) and air-conditioning. Outside there is a large kidney shaped swimming pool with ample bathing terraces, along with pretty garden surrounds. There is air-conditioning in both the living area and the master suite.

Few people forget their visit to Moraira, and fewer still do not return on holiday here year after year, having discovered the jewel in the Costa Blanca's crown.
Moraira's roots are those of a small fishing village and one of the first things you realise when you arrive is that unlike the other resorts along the Spanish coastline, Moraira has not forgotten its roots. Although Moraira has grown in recent years, becoming one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Blanca it has not sold-out to the tourist boom and isn't plagued by the high rise buildings and overcrowding of other resorts.

The town centre and beaches are very c lean and attractive and an obvious attention to detail has gone into the town's planning, this is apparent in every thing you see, including how easy it is to park in the town centre itself, essential if you are on holiday with children.

Quite simply, Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca, it still has the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here.

Moraira's two main beaches are made up of clean golden sand and nestled in attractive bays, swimming here is safe and pleasant and the beach is a relatively uncrowded place to be even in the peak of summer. Moraira's main beach is situated right next to the town centre with convenient pedestrian walkways meaning that it is not necessary to cross a road to enter the town or the marina.

Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. Whether you are looking for typical Spanish cuisine in Spanish surroundings or international cuisine like Chinese, Japanese, Greek, Italian or even just egg & chips, then Moraira offers it all in style.

As the sun goes down and your meal is finished you can always head to one of Moraira's many cafe bars and sit and watch the world go by, or move on to one of several bars or one of the town's two nightclubs.

For those with children quick relief can be found opposite the town centre where an excellent permanent fairground resides. There are many small rides, mostly suitable for the young but even adults can participate in the bumper cars and hover boats. Once you are finished at the fair you can choose from one of several places that serves every flavour of ice cream or browse the stalls of the interesting street market nearby.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
