It has a quiet location with excellent residential neighbors, yet is only a 10 minutes walk to many local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and only a 10 minute drive to Guardamar, probably the best beaches on the Costa Blanca
If you prefer to stay by the communal pool, for you comfort there is a picnic area. Your stay here will be an enjoyable one. Weekly street markets are held in the local towns of Rojales and Benijofar. The lively town of Ciudad Quesada with its nightlife is only 15 minutes walk.  

Entering the villa from the front you will come in to the lounge, and modern kitchen, fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster & coffee maker. Iron & ironing board. spacious lounge with two sofas, feature fireplace, TV, radio. There are two spacious double ground floor bedrooms, two bathrooms both have large fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging & storage space. There is also a large courtyard leading from the lounge through double patio doors, from the courtyard there are steps leading to a very large solarium, with table, chairs, and sun loungers. All bed linen and towels are provided. Please use your own towels if by the pool or beach.
 

The area surrounding Rojales Hills has everything from beautiful clean blue flag beaches to a vast array of bars & restaurants. It also has many golf courses 3 within 10 minutes drive away at La Marquesa (Ciudad Quesada) Villa Martin, Las Ramblas & Campoamour all pay & play but its best to book (from £30 a round + buggy fee). The nearest large town is Guardamar Del Segura only 10 minutes drive, with a good range of shops, a weekly market on Wednesdays, plus a large marina with a promenade which holds regular evening craft fairs. We have also provided an information folder which we have compiled from our visits which we hope you find useful.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a selec t aspect garden, a east facing patio area, a selec t aspect balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, a sports center.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking.

The Towns of Rojales and Benijofar are within 10 minues walk from Casa Cathy

Murcia, Alicante, Elche, and the Hondon Valley, are all within easy reach

neil says: "The Villa we were using was perfectly situated in a very good location and was a very good size. My only negative comment would be that the villa had NO air conditioning, And given that we are british and used to rain, Was a bit of a problem at the begining of the holiday. After a couple of days we became accustomed to the heat. Other than that.......Very good service, And a very pleasant week was had. Thank you. "
